Showcasing Italy and the Italian taste in the world, the International Week of Italian Cuisine is a yearly initiative developed to promote Italian culinary traditions and food-and-wine expertise as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture.
Join us on a delicious eno-gastronomic journey to promote the Mediterranean Diet, its ingredients and the authentic Italian cuisine.
The evening’s menu is designed in collaboration between FCI – Federazione Italiana Cuochi and restaurateur and chef, Johnny Di Francesco.
