Azienda Agricola Livon

Direct from Italy, we discovered an Italian winery. Azienda Agricola Livon - one of the most successful and well recognised Friulan wineries - joined us online from Italy. Within its esteemed atmosphere steeped in the family's passion and traditions, the Livon family led us through the Friuli territory and their grapes.

Parmigiano Reggiano

During the night, the extraordinary Italian chef Luca Ciano led a masterclass on the 'King of Cheeses": Parmigiano Reggiano. Chef Luca Ciano also cooked a classic "Risotto alla Parmigiana" with other unique Italian ingredients from Emilia Romagna, with DOP and IGP certification, such as Prosciutto Crudo of Parma and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.


We enjoyed cooking tricks and techniques of the most popular and loved Italian dessert, with Carmela D'Amore, Chef of the Federation Italian Chefs Australia and founder of Sorrento Trattoria on Victoria's magnificent Mornington Peninsula.
