Notice is hereby given that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Australia - Melbourne Inc., will be held on Wednesday 27, April 2022.
2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at Holding Redlich, Level 8, 555 Bourke Street, MELBOURNE VIC 3000.
Registrations will commence at 6.00 pm for a 6.30 pm start.
It will be a great opportunity for all Members to meet and contribute to the Chamber's advancement. Refreshments will be served following the Meeting.
An important point to note is if you are wishing to participate and have not yet paid your annual subscription, under Rule 12. (4): ‘The rights of a member (including the right to vote) who has not paid the annual subscription by the due date are suspended until the subscription is paid, provided that the suspension shall not apply if the annual subscription is paid at least 2 business days before the annual general meeting’.
Additionally please note that Honorary members and un-financial members are not entitled to vote in accordance with Rule 13. General rights & liabilities of members, these members are not allowed to participate in the AGM.
If you have not yet renewed your membership for 2022 and would like to actively participate at the AGM, the ICCI Melbourne team will assist you to complete the renewal process, simply email membership@italcham.com.au to request renewal documentation.
